“You want to do WHAT?!” I whispered in Cain’s ear as I felt his hands skate down my breasts over my white, buttoned down bodice.
“You heard me,” he said, kissing the side of my neck, nipping at my collarbone. “Right here, right now.”
I looked around the crowded ballroom. I could see various members of Bri’s family with their masks in place. We were at a masked ball that Bri and Re had made right before the Halloween season began. Can and I were in a shadowed alcove where not many could see us.
I gasped as I felt his hands lift the silk of my white gown. “Cain! What if people see us?!”

Livia sighed heavily as she looked down the empty halls….not even the janitorial staff was in sight. Maybe that was for the better though. Didn't need anyone reprimanding her for disregarding the rules or commenting on her current state.
A soft curse left the pale lips of the young elf and she snapped her pocketwatch shut and shoved it back into her pack before shouldering the book laden bag and rushing down the front steps of the University and into the cold night.
